What is this stillness I seek
 Moments with God to speak
Quietness in sound, so silent
Still yet I hear.

The turbulent crying within
More rowdy than that external;
Be quiet, be still, and listen.

Yet still I do not hear,
The silence that I seek,
Divorced from man but spirit given.

How weak my flesh
Still yet, I search for meaning.
