HE'LL STRETCH OUT HIS HAND

One day we'll meet again
And there will be no more pain
For God will unite in His wisdom and love
Family and friends in His Kingdom above.

He'll be as our Father
And wipe away tears,
He'll share in our laughter
As we brush away years.

For what is the journey through the life that we lead
 But a pilgrimage to Heaven
Where He'll answer our needs.

We don't walk it together, we part on the way
And the young and the old, we know not the day.
When God our own Father
Will call us by name.

He'll raise us in glory To a life without pain
And His love will embrace us, a love beyond dreams
When He stretches His hand to reach all our needs.
